秋休み

私は秋休みにフランスにいきました。りょうしんといきました。フランスでワインをのんで、フランス食べ物をたべて、買い物をしました。フランスにたくさんレストランがありました。レストランはとてもあたらしくて、よかったです。そして、あまりたかくなかったです。フランスの食べ物は美味しいでした。

Revised Goals for PE

So some of the initial goals were hard attain. Due to schedule conflict, attending 日本語テーブル was not easy. Reading short news in 日本語 was near impossible. So I revised my goals for PE and leaning 日本語.

Goal
1. I want to be able to speak intermediate level 日本語 by the end of the year.
2. I want to learn as much 日本語 as possible so that I can travel to 日本 alone by the end of the year
3. I want to be able to read easy comic books, watch animes by the end of the year.

一：Go to しばたせんせい Office Hour every week
二：Shadow one anime per week + Chapter shadowing
三：Watch 3 episode of Japanese Anime Everyweek

Tone : Try to mimic native Japanese as much as possible
Speed : Faster! More Natural!

はじめまして　私は金賢佑です。

I was born and raised in 韓国. Throughout my childhood, I was highly exposed to Japanese cultures, most of the cartoons and animations that I watched were translated contents from 日本 and small MiDi player that I carried around was also a Japanese technology. Despite, all these exposure to the Japanese culture and although Japan is a neighboring country, I had never been to Japan until this past summer. I stayed in Tokyo for a week. Although very similar, 日本 was different from 韓国. Among my visit to 日本, a trip to 秋葉原 was one of the most interesting experience. マンガ、アニメ、and especially メイド喫茶 was a culture shock experience. After the trip, I got more interested in the Japanese culture and 日本語. I hope I'll be able to travel around 日本 by myself next summer with 日本語 learned from this class.
